In the life of any child, oldsters are powerful figures. Firstly, they're in charge of the child because they conceived him and brought the child into this world. Make sure that whatever you assert is sincere and acceptable. Overpraising can end up in negative results, so don't go overboard. When commenting on something negative, phrase it in a positive form, rather than sounding judgmental.
Your youngsters will know when they're being corrected without reason, even if they are not grown up. Offer a reason why they are being corrected or better yet work with your kids to arrive at a solution to improve things so such a situation won't happen again.
For kids with learning incapacities, parents need to work closely with teachers to make her environment more conducive to learning.
