How We Operate with Invoice Factoring

Hello, this is Phyllis Rector. We talked a few weeks or a few months ago regarding financing. I am from the Interface Financial Group; we buy individual invoices to speed up your cash flow. But controlling your full accounts receivable relationship is not our business. Our use-it-as-you-need-it service is very flexible. No time commitments, no minimums, no maximums.

One of my colleagues refer to this as a stress reliever service because of the following benefits: (1) you can make payroll (2) you can pay your suppliers (3) you can grow your business. You know we are going to come out of this economic downturn and we're all going to need some financing.

Let me explain to you how we, as a company, work. First, we purchase individual invoices. We purchase them with recourse back to your company and we do require that your customer sign our notification of sale. I sent you an application since you mentioned that you're interested and what we need if you wanted to get started is that application, some financial information and then we can get you set up. Then the process is, once you send that in, you'll get a call from one of my associates. They always have questions about your financial capability. Then we do send you a one-time, what we refer to as our headache paper work. This sounds like a lot of work. But of course, all these are carried out through email. We walk you through it. Then you present the invoice you want to sell to us. Then, paper work is prepared, customers will sign it and an advance is made to your account - of course, a colleague of ours will also be dropping by in your office.

The personal meeting is necessary since we operate on this philosophy: we only finance people whom we have met and whom we are comfortable with. So, then just remember, we do not hold on to your money. After paying us, you will be rebated back with the difference between the discount and the invoice factoring fee. We do everything by wire transfers. Thus, money will be in your account on the same day.
